One of them costs nothing on any band. The Network is how work you cannot reach goes to another firm, and theirs comes to you. It stays switched off until you want it.

- Can we speak to somebody?
- Yes, by email or on the phone, and it is included rather than a support plan you buy on top. You will get somebody who knows the trade and the system rather than a first line reading from a script.
- A busy month will not reprice you
- We do not move you up a band automatically. If your work has grown for good we will say so at renewal, and you decide then. Nothing changes in the middle of a season because you had a good fortnight.
- Add what you need, when you need it
- Extras are bought separately and added to your monthly bill, so you take one on the month you need it rather than waiting for a renewal. The larger bands include a few as standard.
